Thinking the heat is too much? It's wonderful for the tomatoes! Tonight
at garden session we'll be staking them, and doing LOTS of weeding,
turning compost, looking for squash bugs, spreading diatomaceous earth,
replanting choy, seeding beans, and harvesting greens!
Please focus on weeds tonight! The sooner we get them the better! If everyone weeds for 30 minutes solid each to start that will help out a lot!
Also- As of this past weekend, the garden now has an automated watering system with a timer! It will water the garden every other day, for now. Please don't mess with any of the valves, it's a system all of it's own now! Thanks to the volunteers that made it happen!
